- Problems getting in to registration form
- The registration form
will not load
- You must have Java
Script enabled to complete the form.
- If the image below
appears then you do not have Java Script enabled.

- I have switched Java
Script on but the form still won't load
- Refresh or reload the page - click on the
refresh or reload icon at the top of the browser window.
- If this still doesn't work close the browser down
and open it again.
- How do I know what
version of internet Explorer or Netscape I am running
- Internet Explorer -
on the main browser menu click Help then About Internet Explorer.
- Netscape - on the main
browser menu click Help then About Communicator.
- If neither of these
options appear the last menu item in the Help menu should show you the
version number.
- Security Alert Window/Message
- The registration form is stored on a secure server
so that information entered in the registration form cannot be
intercepted. This message appears to advise you that you are about
to enter secure space. Click the Okay button to enter the registration
form.

- Use the tab key to move between fields and click the
"Next Page" button to
move to the next page.

- Is the information I enter secure
Yes. The registration form is stored on our secure server. All
information entered into the form is encrypted so that it cannot
be read or intercepted by other people.
